U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrapped up his visit to the Middle East on Tuesday with a visit to the occupied Palestinian territories. In a rare U.S. public criticism of Israel, Blinken told reporters afterward that Israeli settlements in the West Bank are an obstacle to peace.
